Terms and Conditions
1. Confirmation
A workshop booking is confirmed upon payment. The fee covers all written materials and includes refreshments.
2. Cancellation
Yours: your payment is fully refunded if cancellation is advised in writing 10 days prior to the workshop. Cancellation within 1 week will not be refunded. You are welcome to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend the event. If you don’t arrive on the day, no money will be refunded.
Ours: We reserve the right to cancel a workshop or course at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, your fee will be promptly repaid in full, or you may request a free transfer to our next event. This is the limit of Improve Your Public Speaking’s liability.
3. Catering
Refreshments will be served during each morning, afternoon or evening tea break. Catering can be tailored for specific dietary requirements within reason, and must be specified at the time of booking, or outside 1 week prior to the event.
4. Illness
If you are feeling unwell or believe you may be infectious, please don’t come to the session. You will be given a 1:1 catch-up session with me at another time, the chance to move to another class that same week, or your payment refunded if you’ve enrolled in a one-off workshop.
